Genetically Modified Organisms Proposed as Trigger for Gluten Sensitivity

I do think that the longer we study and test GMOs independently we will find out about the consequences of human consumption of them that will make it clear that their approval by this government and governments around the world in collusion with Monsanto and other ag-bio companies has led us to a point of health and environmental crisis. We cannot dismiss this. There was never any testing done on humans regarding the effects of GMOs before they were forced upon us in a global unprincipled scientific experiment clearly with the intention of only profiting a few over the expense of the many. The effect of genetic modification on protein expression is an area not nearly studied enough to warrant the proliferation of these organisms in our food!
