The Price Paid For GM Soy Monoculture In Argentina

This is a news report from Argentina showing the effects of Gm soy monoculture and the spraying of glyphosate. An economic windfall in the wake of Argentina's economic collapse is now bringing the country's farmers nothing but disease, toxification, deforestation (which exacerbates biodistress,) monoculture and poverty.

This is a story that needs to be told. First Agent Orange, now Glyphosate.

Note: The report is in Spanish. If you want English subtitles click on the arrow at the bottom right and then CC to turn on captions after starting the video.

This is Part two.

This is what we support everytime we buy processed food in the US made with soy. About 80% of the processed food in the US contains GM soy or corn (also in the form of high fructose corn syrup sprayed with Glyphosate.) This system is simply unsustainable and toxic.

More on the deforestation of Argentina, Paraguay and the effects of this on other countries and its people for corporate profit are forthcoming on this blog.

This is a global assault on food sovereignty.
